This appointments booking system was recently developed to avoid crowded offices during Covid-19 context.
The requirement came from a Court and the objective was to provide justice services organizing public attendance to the offices with appointments that every citizen could book in advance online.
The user was asked to provide some information before receiving his appointment. This task was organized in different steps:
- Personal information
- Email verification
- Public office where the user needs to attend to
- Date and time selection
- Booking confirmation
